DarkClaw’s flagship title was Sanaa.

What’s different? What’s the same? If you’re one of the devoted that have the original version, hold on to that thing, you never know…

What do you need if you just showed up? Nothing. Everything is the same except for the title, and the cover to the second book. All the sick, twisted and mind-blowing art on the inside has stayed the same.

Why the change?

The original second cover had a cool concept, but I failed in getting it to where it needed to be. It was ordinary, kinda generic, but that led to an awesome story idea for when Sai Yed does show up. Did I say when? I meant if.

Anyway, the new cover speaks to the coolness of his origin, his unique birthright and calling.

And like his own second heart beating, driving him mad, my heart just wanted a second beat, a second go at this.

So if we’re going to change the cover, let’s clean stuff up once, let’s do a bunch of stuff all at once. So the covers got the new price (1 buck more for the physical, the same for the web) and the new title.

Why “DarkWake”?

Super cool title, and it speaks to the story. We’re all living out our dreams. We enjoy horror, science fiction and the fantastic to fulfill that drive without having to manifest it. In other words, don’t let your dreams take you to a dark place.

So, myself included, today I call on the will to act on my better dreams and the good sense to keep the foolish ones adrift.

Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you’re working with?
I’m going to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a tough time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and
Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for
something unique. P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I
    had to ask!

      Hi Patty!

I used wordpress for the platform, hostgator to host and godaddy to register.

I followed a youtube tutorial and it was a bit of trial and error to get the site to where I wanted it, so I’d recommend being patient with yourself and enjoy the process.

Thank you for the kind words! Good luck with your site!
